Turbo S.r.l. Management (DIR) is aware of the importance of continuous improvement to develop the quality of the products and services offered to its Customers, in its own interest and in the interest of its Employees and Business partners.
To this end, it has chosen to follow the principles of Standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and to implement them through the “Quality Policy”, the “Quality Management Manual” and the Procedures, as tools to support its strategic decisions.
Turbo S.r.l. Management, based on the analysis of the context and the stakeholders’ needs and expectations, defines the Quality Policy and actively prepares the improvement plans. It defines its own objectives and the Customers’ expectations and allocates the necessary human and material resources so that these objectives are effectively achieved.
The structural framework of the Policy and of the Quality objectives defined by DIR are described below:

Guarantee the effectiveness of the company’s quality system

A) By planning its own QMS, systematically implementing the criteria defined in its procedure “Understanding and determining contextual factors” for systematically monitoring and reviewing the most important and critical internal and external factors for its purposes, as well as the stakeholders’ needs and expectations. By analysing and identifying the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to:
– Ensure that the QMS is able to achieve the objectives
– Prevent negative effects or limit them as much as possible
– Increase the desired effects
– Achieve improvement
B) By updating and improving its QMS. By guaranteeing full compliance with the requirements of Standard UNI EN ISO9001:2015 and with the legislative requirements of both Community Directives (CE marking) 2014/68/EU – PED and 2014/34/EU – Atex, and concerning international laws and regulations (ASME, UL, EAC and UKCA)
C) By guaranteeing positive results during the design and approval phases of its products, whether that are new designs or extensions of the existing range
D) By constantly training staff both for the purpose of the quality of the products and services offered and for the purpose of safety at the workplace pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008
E) By consistently and promptly implementing the internal audit schedule and monitoring the resolution of any non-conformities found
F) By assessing and implementing corrective actions in order to systematically reduce non-conformities

Consolidate partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors

A) By monitoring and selecting its suppliers and subcontractors by means of strict and impartial inspections on their process and/or product
B) By monitoring the maintenance of the suppliers’ certified QMSs, for the purposes required by the Community Directives 2014/68/EU – PED and 2014/34/EU – Atex
C) By providing them with constantly updated procurement information and specifications, useful for the development of both products and services, in order to achieve the best final quality results
D) By informing them about their performance, timeliness and quality, in order to involve them and encourage improvement
E) By renewing trust and contracts only with virtuous suppliers, capable of understanding and sharing the level of quality required by Customers

Improve the quality and reliability of its product

A) By carefully analysing its production potential and refining its production planning and monitoring techniques
B) By making sure that its products always comply with the technical Standards, the reference Community Directives , 2014/68/EU – PED and 2014/34/EU – Atex and all relative EU Directives
C) By innovating and approving, according to Customer requirements, electrical products for wiring and control, also with the aim of simplifying all operating and installation activities
D) By keeping infrastructures, production and control equipment efficient, by means of preventive maintenance plans, in order to guarantee Customer service and prove product conformity
E) By guaranteeing the continuous innovation of machinery and control and testing instruments
F) By introducing every possible innovation in the documents attesting product compliance, so that all useful information is made available to Customers

Improve the quality of the service offered to Customers and external communication

A) By actively supporting Customers in identifying and choosing the most suitable products to meet their needs in terms of quality, price and timeliness
B) By monitoring Customer feedback, through the “Customer satisfaction survey” and the indirect indicators determined (timeliness of deliveries and compliance)
C) By examining and promptly resolving any claims made by Customers and by taking effective and lasting corrective and remedial actions
D) By committing to always giving clear and exhaustive answers to any technical or conformity queries, and especially by committing to giving a written answer in case of a report / complaint

Reduce any non-conformities found in the production process

A) By continuing to train all company staff on the quality of the products and services offered to Customers, by constantly disseminating and improving its procedures
B) By scrupulously implementing preventive maintenance plans for infrastructures, machinery and equipment, in order to prevent any potential malfunctions
C) By implementing appropriate corrective and remedial actions identified by analysing non-conformities
D) By managing, in full agreement with its suppliers, any actual or potential non-conformity, in order to guarantee the best result of the products and services offered to Customers
